As an award-winning Oracle NetSuite Partner, We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of NetSuite and a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing NetSuite solutions, for various business needs. This role will be responsible for leading and executing NetSuite implementations, providing expert guidance to clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full lifecycle NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support.
Conduct business process analysis and translate client requirements into effective NetSuite solutions.
Configure NetSuite modules, including but not limited to Financials (GL, AP, AR), CRM, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Advanced Revenue Recognition.
Develop and deliver customised training programs for end-users.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing NetSuite implementations.
Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and other systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and best practices.
Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and best practices for NetSuite implementations.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
Mentor and guide junior consultants.
Skills and Competencies
Essential: -
Deep NetSuite Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.) and their interdependencies. Ability to configure and customize NetSuite to meet specific business needs.
Business Process Acumen: Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report) and the ability to map them within NetSuite.
Implementation Methodology: Familiarity with various implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience leading full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
Data Management: Proficiency in data migration, cleansing, and validation techniques. Understanding of data integration concepts and tools.
Technical Appreciation: While not always requiring coding skills, a solid understanding of SuiteScript, APIs, and other technical aspects of NetSuite is beneficial for effective collaboration with technical teams.
Solution Design: Ability to translate business requirements into effective NetSuite solutions, considering best practices and future scalability.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within NetSuite.
Language & Written Skills: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Competencies
Desirable: -
NetSuite Certifications: Holding multiple NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator, Financial User) demonstrates a commitment to expertise and provides formal validation of skills.
Accountancy Qualification: Degree level in accountancy or certifications in AAT, CIMA or ACCA.
