Job description:​

We are looking for a motivated, passionate Senior Software Developer to join our Microsoft Development Team, leveraging your expertise to drive our product development and customizations focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will be expected to write well designed, testable, efficient code, as well as producing functional designs, specifications and time estimates.​​

Our work can vary greatly from project to project and as such you will be expected to learn a variety of environments and languages, as well as the financial systems into which we deploy. ​

You will become part of a vibrant, growing team of dedicated developers.
​

Responsibilities:​

• Design, develop, and maintain products and customizations focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central​
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions​
• Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards and architectural patterns​
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects​
• Troubleshoot complex issues and reduce technical debt​
• Participate in code reviews and testing, ensuring quality standards are maintained​
• Develop and maintain technical documentation​
• Stay current with the latest ERP technologies and Microsoft development tools​

Skills and Competencies ​

Essential: ​

• Solid experience in software development​
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework​
• Proven experience with Business Central development​
• Knowledge of AL programming language​
• Experience with integrating Business Central with other systems using APIs​
• Familiarity with SQL Server and database design​
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies​
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail​
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities​

​

Desirable:

• Microsoft certifications related to Business Central​
• Background in implementing or customizing ERP solutions for specific industries​
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools​
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)​
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or web technologies​
