Menu Navigation

CRM2016 provides full support for tablet and mobile phone access and the menu structure has been adjusted to accommodate this.

Form Layout

CRM2016 greatly extends the options available for form design. While we have upgraded the forms from ERM2011 we have extended the form selection options to incorporate trimmed down forms containing key detail including the new “Social Pane” option which incorporates posts, activities and notes in one section.
