NetSuite SuiteConnect

It’s been a few weeks since the fantastic NetSuite SuiteConnect event in London. Attending this day-long event were NetSuite customers, sales prospects, partners and developers, who were told about NetSuite’s exciting new ventures and what we can expect over the next 12 months.

The event kicked off with Zach Nelson’s Keynote speech who pinpointed the strong area of growth for NetSuite in Europe and the UK in recent years and that more and more businesses are moving to the cloud.

It was also announced that NetSuite will be releasing their ERP Android app as a free download in the Google Play Store in early 2015. This was demonstrated at the event by NetSuite’s Founder and CTO Evan Goldberg. At this time the Android will differ slightly to the already popular iPhone app, it is expected to have the same features in 6 months’ time. One key difference will be the ability to work offline and then to update NetSuite when an internet connection comes available. We are pleased to see NetSuite progressing well in the mobile space.

Along with the new Android app, NetSuite also announced the updated iPhone app Version 3.0.4. The NetSuite iPhone app was released 5 years ago and has been updated continually to extend and improve existing features. It is now a really useful tool and can be easily customised using the standard form design features within NetSuite.
