PRINCE2 Course Success For Our Project Manager

Congratulations to Allison Back, Project Manager, for passing the PRINCE2 Foundation Course, the de facto process-based method for effective project management.

Allison initially joined Nolan Business Solutions in 2010 as a Consultant before moving to the Project Management team a few years ago. As Project Manager, Allison has overseen many successful project implementations for our customers.

PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments) is used extensively by the UK Government and is also widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. It offers non-proprietorial best practice guidance on project management and has a key focus on business justification.
