eInteract interfaces NetSuite with Onetrail, which provides business to business trading partner integration. This enables electronic document exchange with multiple suppliers through a single trading partner network.
eInteract will electronically submit Purchase Orders to suppliers through Onetrail and will process the order responses, despatch advices and supplier invoices which are generated as the supplier progresses the order.
eInteract will also receive the product information feed from Onetrail, using this to maintain and add items for resale. Real-time price and availability enquiry allows quick checking of stock availability and comparison of supplier prices.
This enables streamlining and automation of the purchasing process and puts more accurate information into the hands of the sales team to drive decisions on sourcing products.
