Custom Fields
Several fields have been added to the item record to store additional details about the item. Although these fields are editable by default, they are not intended to be maintained by the user, the fields are set when the Item is either created or updated from Onetrail. Some fields are set directly based on information provided from the Supplier/Vendor, whilst others are based on some of the information configured on the Custom Records
A full list of item fields can be found on the components tab of the Bundle Details. Below are some of the fields:
• Onetrail Product Group
o Each item is assigned a Onetrail Product Group
o This is a five digit code
o This is set by Onetrail when Item is created
o The list can be found at Onetrail provide an updates list which can be found at: http://www.onetrail.net/docs/PDE/
• UNSPSC
o The United Nations Standard Products and Services Code applicable to this item
o This is set by Onetrail when Item is created

• eInteract Product Classification
o This is populated based on what has been set up in Custom Records described in sections 7.2 & 7.3
• Vendor Short Description
o Short Description from reference vendor that is set in the eInteract Configuration page
• Vendor Long Description
o Short Description from reference vendor that is set in the eInteract Configuration page
• Purchase Stock Available
o Current total Stock Available of that Item from all Suppliers that are linked via Onetrail
o Availability per Supplier can be found on the ‘eInteract Item Vendor P&A’ tab if ‘Track Detailed Price and Availability’ has been enabled in the eInteract Configuration page
o Field is updated when you press P&A lookup, if ‘Update Items from P&A Enquiry’ is enabled in the eInteract Configuration page
• Purchase Stock On Order
o Current Stock Quantity on Order of that Item from all Suppliers that are linked via Onetrail
o Stock Quantity on Order per Supplier can be found on the ‘eInteract Item Vendor P&A’ tab if ‘Track Detailed Price and Availability’ has been enabled in the eInteract Configuration page
o Field is updated when you press P&A lookup, if ‘Update Items from P&A Enquiry’ is enabled in the eInteract Configuration page
Standard Netsuite Fields
As well as custom fields being added as part of the eInteract bundle, some standard NetSuite fields are populated by the item feed from Onetrail. These include:
• Manufacturer
• MPN
• Item Name/Number
o This is set the same as the MPN
• Display Name/Code
• Vendor Name/Code
• Sales Description
• Purchase Description
