Follow the procedures below in order to carry out the initial configuration of the system
1. Install Bundles
The installation of electronic Payments system requires the installation of three bundles:
i. Product Registration (Nolan Computers) – ID 1768
ii. Background Processing by Nolans – ID 8459
iii. Electronic Payments – ID 2946
It is recommended that you install the bundles in the order listed above.
NB. Only administrators may install bundles.
1. Before installation check that Custom Records, Custom Code Client SuiteScript and Server SuiteScript are enabled on your account.
2. Go to Setup > Customization > Install Bundle
3. Select Repository for Location.
4. Enter “Nolan” into Keywords.
5. Click Search.
6. Click on the bundle link.
7. Click Install.
8. After you begin the installation of a bundle, you can continue working in NetSuite as the bundle installs. To check on the progress of the installation, go to the list of installed bundles at Setup > Customization > SuiteBundler > Install Bundles > List, and click the Last Install Status button.
2. Product Registration
You must register your Electronic Payments installation before the system may be used.
To register Electronic Payments:
1. Go to Setup > Custom > NC Product Registration.
2. Product Name - Select Electronics Payments from the drop down list.
3. Registration Key – Enter the registration key issued by Nolan Business Solutions.
4. Site Account Number – Defaults to your NetSuite account number.
5. Click the Register button.
6. A status message will appear in the field Registration Status. If 'Registration Successful' is not displayed, please contact Support at Nolan Business Solutions.
